SUMMARY The "Get New..." button in the Splash Screen KCM is in the header instead of the bottom of the page, which every other KCM does. I know that this is being worked on (plasma/plasma-workspace!1391), but since the other pages haven't been updated for this yet, this seems really out of place. OBSERVED RESULT The button is in the header.
