I'm not sure what you mean by "fixed" -- in 5.27.0 the timer can still only be adjusted by scrolling. I was reacting to "We should have alternative ways to adjust the time duration." There are alternative means to adjust the duration in the context menu and settings window, but you're right that there's no way to adjust the time in the popup or main view.
