Activities list in the default switcher are in the most-recently-used order - like windows in alt-tab switcher. This is intentional. If someone wants to create an option to reorder this, with it being false by default, I'd be fine with it. Until someone does, resolving issue as intentional. Created attachment 155265 [details]
Activities pager
The Meta+tab behavior is fine to me. I'm talking about the activities pager (see attachment). I think it's valuable to have that one at least stay in a contant order, otherwise it's nearly useless. There is no clue about which activity in the pager is which until you hover over it. so the order is very important (not to mention the muscle memory). Fair enough, moving to pager component then. Yes, right now Activities order themselves by recency of use, not a fixed alphabetical order. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 424648 *** |
