STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add ppa to your system:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable
sudo apt update

2. the upgrade can not be done:

 kdenlive : Depende: melt-7 pero no está instalado
E: Dependencias incumplidas. Intente «apt --fix-broken install» sin paquetes (o especifique una solución).

3. kdenlive puts in blank and also cannot resize nor maximize

OBSERVED RESULT
can not upgrade
can not maximize nor resize kdenlive

EXPECTED RESULT
no issues at upgrade
kdenlive could resize
