In fact I think it is reasonable to remove that content. It's not fair to everyone for one or two people to spam the store with many things that are 99% identical. Can you please give me a list of authors and some example spammy content? (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #2) > Can you please give me a list of authors and some example spammy content? I want to make it clear that I would never dare to ask to remove content produced by someone who might be hyper-productive without realizing that they are spamming. There might be people who appreciate what is produced anyway. Therefore, my suggestion was to give the end user the opportunity to set their own filters. To answer your request anyway, I can say that if I could filter content by author, I would like to not have the productions of user l4k1, and to a lesser extent user yeyushengfan258. But again, I would prefer it to be a personal choice, and I would not want this request to trigger some kind of "police operation". Therefore, if the solution should be to delete the content or ban the authors, I would prefer to withdraw this request. I did want to see if the content was low-value, spammy stuff, but it doesn't really look like it, at least not that much. The request is reasonable. |
