Right now , one can only choose between "Breeze" and "Breeze Dark".
However, not everyone uses these two themes. For instance some use rather "Breeze Twilight" than "Breeze".

Therefor it'd be convenient of the user could pick their own two pair of themes for the quick settings.

This is not a dup of #448852, but rather an alternative and more general wish.

I don't think we're going to make the quick settings page configurable, sorry.

Right you are! It ended up being the sanest way to implement another feature that's in progress: automatic day/night switching.
