I just wanted to share my idea and see if you and others are on board with it. At least we can work together and think of an implementation. Sure, seems fine to me. In general the kde-devel@kde.org mailing list is a better place to solicit feedback for ideas than our bug tracker it. It's for, well, tracking bugs. :) Thanks, and sorry for opening a ticket.
