SUMMARY
When using Wayland, moving launchers is not possible


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a plasma wayland session
2. try to move a launcher on the dock
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The launcher is boxed and is no longer usable. The entire dock kind of freezes, does not automatically hide itself anymore and becomes sluggish.

EXPECTED RESULT
On X11 launchers can be freely moved
