Could you please be more explicit in describing the bug? What you were doing when you experienced it, what was the expected result of your actions and what actually happened, ... To me, it looks like this is a PHP error in the site code, not a Konqueror bug (you can see a question about a PHP error with the same description as the one you see at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24703020/php-parse-error-syntax-error-unexpected-stmt-t-variable). If you get the same issue using Firefox, then my suspicion is confirmed: this is not a bug in Konqueror, but in the PHP code used by the site you're visiting.
