SUMMARY
The "keep window above other windows" setting is often ignored. The behaviour is not consistent as the setting is sometimes respected, while other times it is not.
I am using a dual-monitor setup, with the screens arranged vertically, on X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the "keep window above other windows" setting to true
2. ?

OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake's window is not kept above the others.

EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake's window is always kept above the others.

I can't get this setting to work for me at all.

The only way I can get the window to stay on-top is by using the KWin action "Keep Window Above Others", but that only works until Yakuake is hidden. Once I expand it again, it is not on top of any window anymore.

I am having the same issue. I use 3 monitors on wayland, and yakuake does not stay above windows on any monitor
