SUMMARY
Working mouse buttons: "Back" and "Forward" would be very helpful in navigation for applications where we going back and forward by the pages like in "System Settings", so for example like "System Settings".
Mentioned buttons work in web browsers and are much helpful.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. go to "Appearance -> Colors"
3. Click "Back" in your mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
Happens nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
back to Appearance page
