I use a mixed scaling: 1x and 2x. The issue happens for windows on both screens for me.

Changed both screens temporarily to scale with a factor of 1, but the issue remained.

Move the cursor over the items of the context menu OBSERVED RESULT A hovered item shows highlighting. Normally it vanishes once the cursor leaves the item, but it instead it stays. EXPECTED RESULT Highlight only the current hovered item.
