No, all applications' bars stop responding eventually - Firefox and Office too. Though they all respond perfectly to keyboard commands, like alt-F, just not the mouse. I've now found only clicks on the left half of the screen on icons are ignored - moving the window to the right allows me to use the app fine. And clicking in a document (e.g. text / spreadsheet cell) works fine on the left, just not the menu bars, window bars, or even moving the window, once I've moved the right edge past the centerline of the screen. Click on the taskbar menus and icons on the left also works fine. Looks like this is a virtualbox bug - https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/16296. |
