old task switcher look

Please come back the old fine setting for tabbox effects, this feature is not just decorative it give a comfortable control of tabbox switcher to adjust it behavior at the user preferences with an big impact in the user experience of the entire desktop feeling.

I submit a bug where I was informed about the intentional lost of this feature:

I don't think this is likely to happen, sorry. Instead, please file bug reports about the issues you are encountering that makes yo want to change the parameters using a configuration window.
