Hi, the bug report tickets are mainly in English and require a bit more explanations. Please do that the next time.

I see what is your problem, it's not a bug (I'll turn the ticket to "Not a bug" after this message).

 You activated the option "Limit the assistants to  area" in the tool option, and then you traced  the area oustide of your parralal asistant line (under according to your screenshot). I attached a video so you can see how to work with the rectangular area and parrallal assistant.
