SUMMARY
If I use a mask (rotoscoping) on a track, the vectorscope image will be wrong.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put any video having people in it
2. Mask out a portion of the skin (only skin should be visible)
3. Check that the vectorscope has nothing on the skintone line, rather in the direct opposite part of the circle.

OBSERVED RESULT
Vectorscope image is missleading.

EXPECTED RESULT
Skin tones should be on the skintone line.

Thank you for reporting. I can confirm this issue following your steps.

When you use the rotoscope effect, no matter on track or on the clip the skin tone in the vectorscope is in the blue region not on the skin region (as you stated).
