In previous versions the tooltips where shown when hovering the mouse only above the file name, which is good.
Now the tooltips are shown when the cursor is at any position inside the viewport, which is very annoying.

Since the tooltips are very large, it's really much better to only show them when I want them, which I indicate
to the program via moving the mouse over the file name.
