Orange and green overlap

SUMMARY
***
I have plasma theme with builtin accent color (orange), and my custom accent color in theme settings (green). But on wayland Global Menu cant decide which color to use, so this colors overlap and conflict
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup theme with builtin accent, and set your custom accent in settings
2. Put Global Menu on top panel
3. Login to Wayland-session
4. Hover on menu
5. Two color accents conflict each other

OBSERVED RESULT
Colors overlap each other

EXPECTED RESULT
Single accent color, Orange or Green, decide

Primarily caused by Bug 453348, but now that that's fixed in Plasma 5.24.6 and 5.25, we will still need a fix for Bug 444043 to make the accent color appear there as expected.
