SUMMARY
When computer is shut down, last opened directories

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin. Observe that it restored last opened directories.
2. Navigate to some other directory.
3. Shut down computer without closing Dolphin.
4. Boot up computer.
4. Open Dolphin.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin opens the same directory as in p. 1

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin opens the same directory as in p. 2

I use Plasma with Wayland.

Dolphin is Wayland-native and uses Session Restore for this, but Session Restore is currently broken for wayland-native windows. See Bug 436318. It's one of the "Wayland Showstoppers" listed on https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Wayland_Showstoppers. So it'll be fixed eventually.
