Kate in Windows

SUMMARY
Kate in windows has a strange icon, smaller as the icons of other software installed. There is a gray rectangle behind Kate's icon. It looks as if not fitting or poorly done. I bet this is not intended.

Not sure if people looking at this are the same as Okular's. But the same thing happens with Okular in Microsoft Windows.
