STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  set scaling [with FullHD 1920x1080] to 115% via Display Manager, font DPI 96, WAYLAND
2. run Konsole and k9s or htop
3. move cursor keys up and down until artifacts [lines] appear in random places

OBSERVED RESULT

artifacts / lines in random places on Konsole screen

EXPECTED RESULT

normal view without any artifacts

Can't attach screenshot, as artifacts disappear once I try to create a screenshot of them.

This is happening to me as well in a 4K screen scaled to 150%.

I am also able to reproduce this under X11 with 150% scaling with Konsole using MesloLGS NF 10pt font.  Screenshots attached (use GIMP with a timer delay).  Note that vertical lines also appear.  Appears to be a very recent regression.

Something very similar happens in Plasma in other places, not sure if this is related. Can this be related?
