STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter a split transaction
2. Assign a tag to one of the splits
3. Run a tag report

OBSERVED RESULT
Only tags assigned to the entire transaction show in the tag report. Tags assigned to a split do not show.

EXPECTED RESULT
All tagged transactions should be listed

Added test case for tags in splits in transaction report

This commit adds a test case that checks whether tags in splits are
displayed in the “Transaction with tags” report.
