After updating to Plasma 5.24.4 (from 5.24.3), hovering the mouse cursor over icons no longer shows the highlight boxes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch the Application Dashboard
2. Hover mouse cursor over any of the icons
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The highlight box that appears when hovering is no longer present

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a highlight box when hovering over icons
