SUMMARY
The update to Plasma 5.24.4 appears to have introduced a new minimum FullRepresentation size of just 5x5 units, which is just comically small. It previously was 18x24. The widget was fine before updating to 5.24.4.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the clipboard widget.

OBSERVED RESULT
It is way too small to be of any usefulness.

EXPECTED RESULT
It has the same size of other widgets, i.e. 18x24.
