I'm afraid this version is no longer supported. The only versions of Plasma that are supported are the latest release, and the latest LTS release.
Any chance you can upgrade to 5.24 and try again?
If now, I would recommend contacting your distro packagers for support, as they're the ones responsible for backporting fixes for older unsupported versions of software, should they choose not to ship the latest version or the latest LTS version
