Hello,
it could be a problem with your distribution. Try to update to latest KDE 5.24.3

It looks like Kali is based in Debian. You should be able to run
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

Hello sir,
I am facing another issue with my bluetooth .i m able to connect to my
bouetooth headset but no sound is coming. I tried to update drivers but
nothing worked. Then i run a command in terminal "sudo dmesg" to check and
there was an error like this "Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to read codec
capabilities (-56)".
Sir please help me to solve this issue

This is another issue and unrelated to Discover or KDE, so KDE bugtracker is not the correct place for the Bluetooth issue you have encountered.
You can try asking your questions in Kali Linux forums. [1]
