STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update plasma to the latest version
2. Open settings
3. Click on the users section in the settings

OBSERVED RESULT
System settings crashes with the following output in the terminal:

Additional error messages in terminal:

error listing enrolled fingers: "Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken."

Just gone to take make a back trace and realized the application hangs indefinitely rather than hard crashing, after messing with my system I removed some packages I installed to try and get my fingerprint reader working and the settings work again after removing them, so it seems that the issue is to with me configuring my finger print reader incorrectly.

OK cool, glad to hear it. Sounds like those packages are were incompatible.
