How come? What's the use case or problem that it would solve? Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with no change in 30 days the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME due to lack of needed information. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! If a user (maybe a corporate user) clicks to reboot their PC but forgets to click the OK button there's 30 seconds for another user to walk up, click cancel and use their session. A shorter timeout would increase security in that scenario. Maybe that person should just not show the logout screen at all; there's already configuration for that. System Settings > Startup & Shutdown > Desktop Session > uncheck "Confirm Logout". That essentially sets the timeout to 0. :) Does that suffice?
