SUMMARY
The file picker does not show the "recent" section when using it through a Portal, e.g. when using Firefox or Thunderbird.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the file picker through a Portal

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no "recent" section.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "recent" section is there.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: KDE neon
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.90.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

Should be the same issue as Bug 415019, or at least the same root cause I think.

Fixed through bug #444457
