Summary When responding to a received Email the software is changing the original format and put the pointer at the bottom of the Email not closer the latest Email of the Email chain. *** When responding to a received Email the software is changing the original format and put the pointer at the bottom of the Email not closer the latest Email of the Email chain. Format change: The software is adding 'end line controls' to the existing one creating empty lines between lines destroying the original format and making the email really difficult to read. Cursour pointer: The software put the cursour pointer at the end of the Email chain and not at the top where you have the most recent message you want to answer. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. for a received EMail - clic on 'Respond to' 2. pointer takes you to the bottom of the EMail and creates a lot of additionnal 'line return' and therefore empty lines 3. OBSERVED RESULT EXPECTED RESULT - don't modify the existing format of the EMail you answer - Put the cursour pointer at the top of the message body SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Yes (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.5 KDE Frameworks Version: Version 5.90.0 Qt Version: Version 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
