STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an image
2. zoom in until the image is no longer entirely visible
3. try to see the non-visible parts of the zoomed image using a touchscreen (try to drag the zoomed image)

OBSERVED RESULT
we can not make non-visible parts of a zoomed image visible because we can not drag with the touchscreen

EXPECTED RESULT
we are able to make non-visible parts of a zommed image visible using a touchscreen

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Gwenview 25.08.0?

I can't reproduce if I drag the zoomed image with two fingers.
