STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to: System Settings -> Startup and Shutdown -> Login Screen (SDDM)
2. Double-click on any icon, like "Breeze".
3. The Authentication Required window appears. Click Cancel.

OBSERVED RESULT

A red error bar appears at the top of the main icon area with a red X at the right and a X icon at the left, but there is no text in the red bar. It's just a red bar.

EXPECTED RESULT

Maybe for clicking Cancel there shouldn't be any error bar at all. Or if there is an error, have text to show.
