STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose Breeze Twilight
2. Change accent color to eg custom green
3. Start plasma systemmonitor

OBSERVED RESULT
In the overview tab, the circles for memory, disk space and CPU still use the blue from the original Breeze
In the history tab, the line diagrams use the custom color.

Graph colors do not respect the color scheme at all; it's just that the first color chosen happens to be blue. If we made it respect the color scheme or accent color, then, there's a chance it would conflict in graphs with others colors.

but
