The Error itself
I had exact this problem when I tried to install Neon in a VM. The workaround was erase all partitions and a follow the instructions to create them manually. Erase entire disk option should just work. Created attachment 146600 [details]
installation error
I just did a test to replicate the issue in VM.
It happen when the disk already has partitions.
steps:
1 - Install Kde neon user in new VM machine
2 - install again with erase option
3 - The error appears

Unfortunately KDE neon no longer provides updates for anything older than noble 24.04 based edition's.
