STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Users KCM
2. edit these fields:
Name
Account type
Email address
3. click on 'Apply' button
4. type your password and click on 'OK' button

OBSERVED RESULT
Users KCM shows an inline error message saying 'There was an error while saving changes.'
despite the changes were successfully applied.

EXPECTED RESULT
no error message

Cannot reproduce on Fedora 35. Possible a regression in the new AccountsService version that Arch recently upgraded to?

Same root cause as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=449789

It's failing to apply the avatar:
org.kde.kcm_users: "org.freedesktop.Accounts.Error.Failed" "file '/tmp/kcmshell5.ChTLLO' is not a regular file"
