Clicking on the link "Mozilla Location Service" does not trigger anything. On openSUSE TW w/ Plasma 5.23.5 on X11 it does.

Works for me with current git master. Can you update your Neon Unstable, reboot, and try again?

So, I'm on Testing now and up-to-date: The link becomes clickable, once "Night color" is enabled, i.e. the checkbox is checked.
