A possibly relevant merge request was started @ https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/ktexteditor/-/merge_requests/254 A possibly relevant merge request was started @ https://invent.kde.org/utilities/kate/-/merge_requests/562 All menus got improved, but there is not that much chance to really shrink them down that much without loosing too much discover-able functionality. I think the current state for 22.08 is not that bad. |
