On plasma desktop 5.23.4, a translation mistake is shown in the desktop right-click menu.
The text should say "un fond d'écran" (-s) in the singular form.
A quick checkout of i18n messages from svn indicates this occurrence is not unique.

Moreover,  with the command grep "fonds d'écran" messages/*/*.po, further fixes had been performed for the same issue:

* kscreenlocker._desktop_.po
