Failure of the program to start as described below has been overcome by replacing the file libcrypto-10.dll which was installed by the package with a more recent 64bit designated file: libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll. While this corrects the problem on this installation, the current download distribution still contains the offending dll. This is a very old version for which there is no longer any support. There are newer versions on https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/sdk/umbrello/ |
