The error message

This request is like Bug 434855, but for partitions and not just devices.

After Bug 434855 was resolved, you can now do `partitionmanager --device=/dev/sda` and it will open Partition manager showing /dev/sda.

But you can't do `partitionmanager --device=dev/sda1`. This opens Partition Manager with an error. If the user does this, it should instead open partition manager with /dev/sda1 selected, or at least just select the device for that partition.
