SUMMARY
Manjaro x86_64, Plasma packages are version 5.23.3-1. Wayland.

When right-clicking the System monitor Sensor widget and selecting "Open System Monitor", it fails to open KSysGuard and instead only displays a Plasma Workspace error message. "Internal error: could not prompt the user for which application to start". KSysGuard can be opened manually without errors.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add System monitor Sensor widget somewhere
2. Right-click, pick Open System Monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
3. An error tooltip is displayed in the corner of the screen with the above text.

EXPECTED RESULT
3. KSysGuard is opened.
