To improve user experience and help non-power users that would not know of the shift+del shortcut to permanently delete. it would be beneficial to add additional text and the option to permanently delete a file when it is too large for the trash with a Yes or No button prompt.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Set your trash size to something small like 5 mb
2) Attempt to delete a 10mb file

OBSERVED RESULT
A prompt says "File is too large to be trashed"

EXPECTED RESULT
The prompt that says "File is too large to be trashed" would have additional wording that says something like "You are however able to permanently delete the file. Would you like to do that?" with the buttons Yes or No.
