SUMMARY
It's impossible to reorder the favorite applications list in the application launcher. Trying to drag them causes the selection highlight to disappear when moving away from the entry you're holding, but it doesn't actually move.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Favorites list in Application Launcher
2. Click and drag entries

OBSERVED RESULT
The entry isn't moved

EXPECTED RESULT
The entry can be moved around
