screenshot of battery health applet

SUMMARY
Two problems about this applet's visual design:

1. Information about battery health is effectively duplicated when battery's health is low.
2. Label "Battery health:" is too far from the numeric value on the other side of an applet. It's even worse when low health notice is on top, making it look misaligned and wrong.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Murder ur battery almost to death.
2. Or "just" buy an ASUS ROG laptop, and use it for, like, half a year.
3. Open the Battery and Brightness applet.

OBSERVED RESULT
See the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be somehow more readable, and not redundant.

One issue per bug report please. :)

Let's use this bug report for the issue of the duplicated info. Can you file another one for the sub-par label formatting?

applets/batterymonitor: don't show both battery health and broken message

They both say the same thing, but the "broken battery" message is more
descriptive and actionable, so we can show only that.
