Cannot reproduce. All of these things work for me when I try them. 1. Are you trying to click the Apply button with a stylus? 2. Can you attach a screen recording that shows the issue? 1. It "works" same way with mouse and tablet pen. 2. Nate, if I make video, you'll again say that I am wiggling))) Just try these steps: Removable Devices => Check/select any additional device => Press Apply. If everything works as expected for you, then it is specific to my system only or maybe somebody will report it later too. Yep, that works for me.
