SUMMARY
Buttons in the bottom bar are ghosted when LoadSiblings=false

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Haruna
2. Uncheck Settings/Playlist/Auto load videos from same folder
3. Close and relaunch haruna

OBSERVED RESULT
Buttons in the bottom bars are not usable

EXPECTED RESULT
Buttons in the bottom bar to be usable
