Wayland session has severe fps drops if breeze theme window shadows are turned on. Turning off shadows improves performance to expected level. X11 session does not reproduce the same bug and works as intended.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wayland session with proprietary Nvidia driver from manjaro
2. Breeze window decoration
3. Shadows - size - (any, excluding 'None')

Performance is being constantly improved throughout. There's nothing specific in this report to make this actionable as a standalone ticket
