Either remove/rename that file, or reset your toolbars to defaults. Did you configure the toolbars before this problem occured? Yes I modified toolbar items to add more buttons, it seems removing shell.rc solves the problem.
Do you think you'd be able to reproduce the problem by trying to do the same editing of the toolbars? If we could reproduce the problem it'd be much easier to fix |
