Nope it's a Reiserfs problem. There have been some people with this proble= m.=20 Reiserfs makes sure your filesystem is in a consistent state but that does= =20 not mean that information can be lost or files can be corrupted. There have been some bugs in Reiserfs (by the way) that kind of forced thes= e=20 problems. Since it's no kmail problem I'll close that report.
