If i use Google Maps as viewer for Geo-Location, i get an error 'For developement purposes only'

Hi all and happy new year,

The digiKam 8.3.0 pre-release support the GoogleMaps API key to remove the "For Developement Only" overlay over the map canvas.

The Google API key can be set on the new Setup Geolocation view :
